Chocolate Bar is now Called Alexander's newly renovated mini market and bar. Very Clean and friendly and Safe atmosphere. And Great music. Alex is from the states so he is English and learning Spanish. Great place to hold private functions. Bachelor or Bachelorette parties. Always have an awesome time when we go. Will be back in January 2024....
Its a bar where there is music and dancing also I think she has some apartments for rent and a mini market. A fun place
Good looking place but was very quiet when we went. Apparently it picks up a lot more toward 2am in the morning but wasn't in the mood to stay up that late.
The service is amazing, the bar tender was very kind and friendly. I just found this spot and decided to stop by and kill sometime and enjoy a cold beer. If you want a fun culture experience and a good outside atmosphere come on by. Bars like this remind me of my times when I was traveling the world and getting lost with the people. Anthony Bourdain would say “A willingness to eat and drink with people without fear or prejudice opens them up in ways that allow for a deeper connection”
Great place, not always have many people. When there are many people it's cool, many nationalities, tourists. Safe place. Good prices and a friendly staff.
Nice bar for chill or dancing. The woman who owns the bar is very nice and also the girls serving at the bar. I went there for dancing Latin American dances as merengue, bachatta and salsa which is the only place to dance in Juan Dolio nearly Emotions Hodelpa.
The owner is a very friendly woman, great drinks at a reasonable price.
